Needless to say they were exhausted, but somehow they still had a little energy to play outside before nap time. It was an absolutely gorgeous day here in sunny South Carolina. Later that evening when we went on a walk they stopped by their friend's house and played for a while too.
Saturday was St. Pat's in Five Points. We headed down for the parade on another beautiful day. Jack and Ewan had so much fun....the marching bands, Shriner's cars, dogs, horses, corvette club etc. They were way too cute...at first Jack kept putting his arm on Ewan's should, pointing things out to him. He also made sure Ewan didn't cross the white line and go into the street. They also LOVED getting candy and beads!!! Sean had a great time watching his brothers and the parade.
We also went to the carnival there. Jack and Ewan enjoyed the bouncy slide and a train ride. We then headed to a new hot dog place. Big hit with the boys. Jack even enjoyed ordering his own (shall I say his second)!!! He paid for it too! Then it was time for nap (needless to say everyone fell asleep on the way home).
Today was somewhat calm. Josh went dirt biking so I was with the boys for the morning. It was a bit much, they were so full of it. Things calmed down after lunch and we took a walk. Then this afternoon EVERYONE took LONG naps, finally catching up from the whole weekend. By everyone I mean all the boys (Daddy included). I got a very short nap, better than nothing I guess.
Enjoy some pics....notice Sean's new haircut. I gave him his first haircut earlier this week....couldn't stand the long look any longer!! By this age Jack and Ewan had already lost their baby hair. Sean's has thinned, maybe he won't lose it all, we'll just have to wait and see.
Sean's new big boy look!
The excitement, what is coming next??!!
Ewan enjoying his blue lollipop....notice the grease on his fingers too!!!
Proudly sporting their beads!
WEEEEEEE!!
LOVING the train ride and ringing the bells!!
