Shaw Air Expo 2012

Today we took the boys to the air show in Sumter.  They have been every year for several years now.  It is quite fun to see how enthused they remain and how much they have grown!

This year the weather was on our side...overcast and breezy.  It is usually very sunny and hot, resulting in lots of sweat!  It sprinkled once or twice, but otherwise was perfect.

All three boys had fun.  Nobody enjoyed the NOISY jets, as Jack referred to the F-16s.  Go figure, the one year we didn't bring ear protection the noise level was EXTREME.  Needless to say we bought some!  Sean was not keen on having something in his ears.

Sean managed to nap during the Thunderbirds!!  He stayed awake the whole time and nodded off shortly after they began their performance.  I was not thrilled....he was HEAVY and it was not very comfortable holding him on concrete.

So that is our brief summary....another crazy hectic weekend and some day I may catch up on everything I would like to blog about!
